<aside> 🌍 Please note that we hire exclusively within the UTC 0 to UTC+9 time zone band (from Iceland to Japan) to have at least some overlap for team-wide meetings.
As such we do not hire within the ****US, Canada, or the rest of the Americas, for example.

We're a fully remote team, open to hiring across all time-zones ****stretching from Iceland (UTC 0) to Australia (UTC+11). Currently we have team members located in Sweden, Switzerland, UK, Germany, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
We collaborate using Notion for asynchronous communication and planning, and Discord for meetings and informal hangouts.
Outside of the weekly review meeting, and other occasional meetings as necessary, you are relatively free to pick your own work hours. We try to make sure the whole team have at least 2-3 hours overlapping on most weekdays, but that still leaves a lot of room to tailor things to what suits you best.
